Our primary goal is for you to pass your state licensing exam on your first try. We work with you as a team to give you the tools you need to accomplish this goal, from supplemental videos and on-the-go chapter PDFs to quizzes and finals that test your comprehension. Every student gets physical textbooks and access to our phenomenal Exam Prep module, which presents mock exams from a huge pool of questions so you're exposed to the material in as many ways as possible.

Colorado requires that you complete 168 hours of education, approximately half of which comes from in-person classroom instruction. The other half is completed in your student portal, a required component where you can find additional videos (helpful if you miss a class), chapter PDFs, chapter quizzes and module finals.

I’m new to Colorado, but have held real estate licenses in other states - many years ago. In my opinion, this course taught by Liz was the best yet.
