You will need to complete 168 hours of education. We offer two options for this requirement:

If you held a Salesperson license you will need 120 hours of education.
If you held a Broker license you will need 72 hours of education.

You will need to pass the Colorado portion of the licensing examination:

If you held a Salesperson license you will need 120 hours of education.

You will need to take the Broker Reactivation course. 

The course you need to take will depend on when your license was originally issued:

You will need to complete 12 hours of education in trust accounts, closing, and recordkeeping.

Per Colorado and Federal law active military members and their spouses who hold a real estate license in another state and are stationed in Colorado will be awarded an Associate Broker's license here without testing or education requirements.
